Warranty Disclaimer
 

All products are under guarantee of manufacturer unless otherwise stated. In order for warranty disclaimer to be valid, certainly you should check product during delivery. If you see any damage, do not take delivery of product by keeping a record. Changes on product, having product deformation or deformation of original design of product are out of warranty scope.

RETURN CONDITIONS
 

Right of return within 14 days: You can return products that you want to return, with product and invoice within 14 days from date you received order by filling out return form on our webpage. If the product you purchased through our site has a fault, you should contact us via our online support section or our contact details within 7 days at latest from date you received it. Following this information, defective product that you send us via cargo company, shall be replaced by new one. If ordered product defect is caused by customer use or if product has been used within 7 days, product replacement shall not be done. As a product return and replacement conditions, applications required by Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection, are essential.
 

The right of  return: If you send products you want to return with DHL Cargo, cheaper fee shall be charged. Return to the factory informing: e-mail shall be sent when your return is delivered us.
 

Repayments: If returned items meet return requirements, Formenti shall make repayments to the bank within 3 business days. You can follow the next process from your bank.
